Bang bang on diwali

Diwali was about to come , it came, and now its gone. As a matter of fact, it follows the same routine each year. But the real concern is about what is left over once diwali is gone. Don't think of presents and sweets, think from the prespective of environment, the only main left over of diwali each year is a lot of pollution. Pollution on land and air that remains many long months after diwali and reminds us(very less of us, infact!) of what harm harm we have done to the planet. the scraps of all the LNCD's (Loud Noise Creating Devices as I call them, but using the day to day language, bombs) is left over and all the smoke and aerosols the put off into the air remains long after the real 'fun' gets over. When I think of all the loud noises that reach my ears on diwali day, a question rises in my mind 'Did Bharat burn all the 'Rassi bombs' when Ram came back after killing Ravan, if not then why do we do it?' Think of it, may be you get the answer but once you get it dont forget to post it, till then bye bye and take care of what you live in not for the sake of being an 'ENVIRONMENT CONSERVATIONIST (pretty long huh!) but because you live in it !!
